Roadshow
Hello Women's Chorus and Chamber Singers, I know it’s early to be thinking about 2025, but the new year will be here before we know it! January brings one of our favorite events: the Choir Roadshow. This year, Roadshow will be on January 21, 2025.
Roadshow is an all-day field trip where we visit several of our feeder schools (middle schools and elementary) to perform for them. Our objective is to promote choir and recruit Future Falcons to join us in Choir next year.
Students will be gone from about 7am to 3pm. We will be traveling via Charter Bus. We will stop for lunch at a shopping center during the day. Students will have their choice from several restaurants; they need to either bring money or prepare a sack lunch.
The exact itinerary will be released later, but will look similar to previous years. In order to participate in Roadshow, students will need to turn in a Field Trip Permission Form and a Medical Form. These can be turned in physically or digitally (via email). All forms are due by December 6th. We have a new administrator over field trips who is extremely strict. If forms are not in by December 6th, you will not be able to do Roadshow. I really don’t want that to happen to anyone, so please turn your forms in on time!
